The best, period.. My 3-year old AudioControl amplifier (installed by the only shop in town in Ellijay) shorted out with a loud “pop” and caught fire. Quick thinking stopped what could have been a disaster. I lead with this narrative as a slight dig on the product and installer. Upon visiting Sound Sensations the same day, they immediately noticed shoddy install work and my rear speakers weren’t even connected to the amp. The team at Sound Sensations, initially with Kyle and then lead by Andy were first class. Their knowledge of any topic related to their products and services is comprehensive. As this was an unplanned expense and an excuse for some upgrades, Andy and team worked on providing the best combination of amp, upgraded speakers and new fog lights so that I wouldn’t have to get a part time job to afford what ended up being an amazing result! They also let me know that I had a screw in two of my tires! This isn’t some random audio shop with dudes that just happen to have some experience with car audio. This is a professional, process and expert driven company, that’s been in business for I believe , 40+ years? Anyway, my conclusion is that they have me as a customer for li

Andy is the absolute best person to deal with if your looking to upgrade your car audio From Start to finish he and his team are truly professional, Knowledgeable And extremely reasonable as far as pricing and install installation goes. I came across one of their social media posts for a product that I had been interested in for quite some time that they surprisingly had in stock. I inquired and confirmed its availability and they were willing to negotiate the price in my favor since I was willing to drive 4 hours one way to make the purchase. Upon arrival I was impressed with the layout of the store and the level of customer support I was provided. The staff were very friendly and good to have conversation with. My only wish is that they could be closer to where I live as I can see myself coming back for any of my car audio and visual needs. Great to work with and I hope to come back again in the future.

This was the best install ever. The owner Mark is absolutely top notch. The salesman Andy is professional and executed the process without any issues. I would recommend Sound Sensations to anyone. The 12” JL ported Subwoofer was installed perfectly and sounds absolutely awesome!
